Much like a vehicle, jewelry and watches undergo "normal wear & tear" and need to be inspected regularly. We are pleased to offer complimentary inspections, in which our Master Jeweler and CW21 Watchmaker will utilize their expertise to carefully examine your jewelry and watches and identify any wear or damage.

Jewelry should be inspected every 6-12 months, as well as any time damage may have occurred. Because of all the moving parts, it is recommended that automatic watches be serviced every 4-5 years. Watches should also be inspected any time damage may have been incurred, such as being dropped to the ground or bumped against a hard surface.
